Jack fitted a bathroom and installed a complete kitchen for me, which I am delighted with. He was very patient while I chose tiles and fittings to get the looks right, and also offered lots of advice and recommended suppliers both high-end and budget. I can’t recommend Jack enough. He’s hard-working and fully dedicated himself to the projects and I always had a 100% of his time while he was completing these jobs. Jack also offers very practical advice throughout, and steered me away from bad decision making which took a lot of the stress out of this major work. I think one of the best things is Jack’s “can-do” and positive attitude. Jack tells me my bathroom will last forever and I will never need to change it – which is a shame, because now I know the right guy to call!

New bathroom/walk-in shower: Jack planned & re-organised the space so it worked better. The finish is perfect. Tiling is excellent, and my outer wall was insulated before being resurfaced and tiled. Also installed underfloor heating which is great in a cold northerly bathroom. All work completed with proper attention and minimum fuss. Highly recommended!

Jack was brilliant & I can’t recommend him highly enough! He renovated one existing bathroom removing a bath and installing in it’s place a wetroom shower with underfloor heating and full height tiling. the workmanship was exceptional and a year on everything still works perfectly. Jack is very experienced and happy to work to a clients wishes and designs. He also installed a brand-new bathroom including wall hung toilet under the eaves, complicated wall hung basin, corner bath, waterfall shower and underfloor heating in our attic. He did this from scratch (there was no bathroom there before) solving complicated drainage issues by installing a macerator to get the waste water from one side of the house to another – he is practical and knows how to resolve complicated issues with minimal cost and impact. Again I cannot stress the quality of his work and attention to detail. His tiling is one some of the best I have seen in the industry and I have seen a lot of tradesmen having worked as an interior designer for six years! Fantastic kind and conscientious individual – highly recommended.
